Please save the date on your calendars for our next PAC Annual General Meeting in-person at school on Tuesday, June 20 from 630 – 730 PM. Food and drinks will be provided along with babysitting. Spring Fair Silent Auction Preview
We are so excited to be holding the Norma Rose Point School Spring Fair again for the first time since 2019. The Fair has always been a community-building event, not only for the families of NRP, but also for the wider UBC campus and nearby Vancouver neighborhoods. Part of the Fair is our silent auction fundraiser. It’s a way for the community to support the school (donations will go towards building a new intermediate playground and community-building events), and the in-kind donations we’ve received from local businesses and families have been tremendous! Summer Camp Opportunities @ The Chan Centre
The Chan Centre for the Performing Arts is partnering with UBC Camps to offer 4 very exciting camps for children between aged 6 and 12 in August 2023. Dear Parents, We would like to share a fun and exciting summer camp opportunity that has come across our paths. Please note that this is not a PAC or NRP related summer camp. Please see below for more information: Ocean Ambassadors Canada, a local ocean stewardship charity, is offering summer camps at Jericho Beach this summer. The camps combine stand-up paddling, exploring life in the intertidal zone, hands-on ocean health experiments, making reusable items to take home, and lots of play on the beach and in the ocean.
