Making & Playing Instruments in Nature
August 14-18, 2023, 9am-4pm (ages 9-12)
Be inspired by the synergies between music and nature! Campers will be given the opportunity to explore their own musicality through building instruments, storytelling and musical play outdoors. This camp invites inquisitive campers to explore soundscapes and the meaning of music in less traditional ways. Campers will also be guided to use their newly crafted instruments to create sound effects for various art and story activities, supported and led by instructors.

A Symphony of Music and Movement
August 8-11, 2023, 1-4pm (ages 6-8)
Foster your child’s interest in symphonic music! This camp will help young audiences be curious about the symphony by exploring different aspects of music: rhythm, sound, colours, and contrasts in dynamic and related emotions. Each aspect will be explored through hands-on activities and movement through song and dance. Campers will experience the fundamental pillars of symphonic music in a fun, tangible manner that makes music such as Mozart’s symphony n.39 and Beethoven’s symphony n.5 accessible.
