Lost & Found donation This is the second reminder that all unclaimed Lost & Found items will be donated by the last week of June. Please check and see if any of the items belong to your kids. VPL Summer Reading Club Please find a letter from VPL which outlines what this program is about and the ways that parents can encourage summer reading. Lost & Found items
The Lost & Found corner is over flowed with clothes, containers and water bottles. We have placed all the clothes on tables outside of the Multipurpose Room, please come and take a look if any of the clothes belong to your kid. Also, there are a lot of valuable items as shown on the pictures below, if you recognize any of those items, please claim them in the school office. Help needed in the Learning Commons
Hi wonderful parents! The Learning Commons will be doing inventory for the end of the year. This means all books will be organized and scanned into the computer to check for missing books, so the librarians know what to replace next year. An orientation session will be held on Monday, June 11th at 9am, to go over and show the steps below. Parents can come when they are available any time and day after this orientation from June 11th – 28th. The first step will be organizing all the books. Car Free Morning – Friday, June 1
This is a kind reminder that tomorrow is Car Free Day, and the Walk n’ Roll group will leave earlier in the morning. Car Free Morning: On June 1 (tomorrow), between 8:00 and 10:00 AM, Ortona Road will be closed for vehicular access. The Walking School Bus will leave early (please refer to the schedule below) for kids to participate fun activities and games, check out the fire truck and meet a RCMP officer.
