PAC AGM – Wednesday @ 6:30pm

This is a reminder that the 2018/19 PAC AGM is this Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm in the Learning Commons (AKA: Library), with free child minding. All parents/guardians at Norma Rose Point School are welcome. At the AGM, new PAC Executive will be elected and it is still not too late to submit your name to the nomination. Lunch Volunteer needed for October

Lunch Volunteer opportunities are always open to parents/guardians at NRP. Every day at lunch time, we need 2-3 volunteers to make the Lunch Program run smoothly. Lunch Volunteers are there to ensure accuracy in delivery, and to solve/report lunch problems. Don’t worry if you have never been a lunch volunteer before, as everything is pretty straight forward; beside, each day, there is an experienced volunteer to train any new volunteers on site. Walk n’ Roll Week – Oct. 1 to 5

Here is a message from The UNA to pass along to your children: Oct 1-5 is the Walk ‘n Roll to School Celebration Week. Three walking buses will be led by parent volunteers from different neighbourhoods to NRP. Invite your classmates to walk ‘n roll to school with you. Math Challenge Club Orientation

Ocean Explorer after-school program CANCELLED

There will be NO Ocean Explorer running in the fall term. Due to low registration number, we are sad to say that the organizer will be unable to deliver their Ocean Explorer after-school program at Norma Rose and that the program has been cancelled.
