Thank you so much for participating in the Holiday Hamper Drive. Many NRP families have signed up to donate items, and most have already dropped them off. But we haven’t received 12 items. If you signed up but haven’t drop them off, please bring them to the main office by 3:20 PM on Thursday. This is the last call as we will deliver all items to the families at 4 PM on Thursday.

Dear NRP Families,

As the holiday season approaches, we are reminded that there are families in need all around us. We invite you to participate in the NRP Holiday Hamper Drive which will directly benefit 18 families in our community who have pressing needs this winter. We hope to bring hope and joy with 18 holiday hampers (large bags) filled with gifts for the families.

The 18 families that we will be helping were carefully selected by the Acadia Food Hub team, led by Dr. Jennifer Katz and Paster O’Brien. Many of these families have young children, as you will see from the Holiday Hamper link below, and some are single-parent families. Collectively, our help and generosity can really make a difference to these families this holiday season.

You will find below a link to sign-up for the Holiday Hamper Drive. When selecting an item to donate, please pay careful attention to the gender and size needs that are listed. Please follow the directions to sign-up for the item(s) that you wish to donate. You will find additional details on collection, gift wrapping and labelling below. Thank you!

Collection Details: 

Donated items will be collected from December 6th – 10th & 13th, between 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Please place your items at the collection point located at the main entrance doors on the gravel field side (Sundial Plaza).

We can accept late drop-offs until Thursday Dec. 16th as we will deliver the items to the families on Thursday afternoon. Please give your items to the staff at the main office.

Gift Wrapping: 

Please gift wrap your items – you can be as festive as you like! 

Labelling: 

It is important that you label the outside of your gift wrapped item with Lot #, gender (if applicable), and size (if applicable). Please ensure that your label can be easily read and securely fastened with tape to the outside of your wrapped item. You can find your Lot # in [brackets] on the left-hand side of the sign-up sheet. 

Hamper Donations:

Please ensure that your gifted items are either new or lightly used. We cannot accept any other items not listed on the sign-up sheet.

Cash Donations: 

For those of you who may not have the time to participate in the Holiday Hamper Drive but would still like to contribute to our efforts, we welcome online donations so that we can help purchase any outstanding items. You can e-transfer your donation to:
