Kids Fit is an annual physical activity initiative jointly offered by Active Kids and UTown@UBC. For over a decade, Kids Fit has been dedicated to making fun, inclusive, purposeful physical activities accessible to families on campus.

Safe program delivery is our priority, and this year’s Kid Fit five week challenge will be delivered entirely online.

Each week will feature a Movement Mission in the form of a themed instructional video and self-guided activities. How you complete the Movement Mission is up to you. Let the kids do the activities on their own or together with the family, at home or take it outside!

This year’s themes are:

  • Week 1: Multisport
  • Week 2: Fit Fun
  • Week 3: Gymnastics + Live Stream
  • Week 4: Sports Day
  • Week 5: Dance

Once each weekly Movement Mission is completed, participants will uncover a secret word to collect and track their progress on a Kids Fit BINGO card. At the end of the program, completed BINGO cards can be redeemed for a special prize.
