Dear Parents and Guardians, 

Based on the success of the previous two grocery card campaigns, the PAC is once again doing the Save-On-Foods Pre-Paid Grocery Card Fundraiser. While you get to spend the full value of the grocery card, Save-On-Foods donates 8% of the card sales to PAC. The grocery cards have no expiration date and can be used the same as cash in any Save-On-Foods store in Canada. Your Save-On-Foods’ More Rewards Card can be also be used with the grocery cards.

This has been a difficult year for fund raising. Since we have been unable to do the lunch programme or the Spring Fair, the Grocery Cards have been the main source of fund raising for the PAC . The funds raised are used to support the school in purchasing equipment and conducting student activities not funded by VSB. Besides, the PAC also  provides assistance to members of the NRP parent community who may be financially disadvantaged.

We hope that the entire parent community will give us a hand in making sure we continue to have a well-funded PAC to help to support our children’s education.

Details:

• The grocery cards are available in $10, $25, $50 or $100 amounts.  Pre-order by filling the order form here or writing to nrppaccotreasurer@gmail.com
• Cut-off time for placing the order is Monday May 10th, 9:00 AM.
• Payment by e-transfer ONLY. Please send the e-transfer to nrppaccotreasurer@gmail.com. Don’t forget to include your child’s name and division on the message box of your e-transfer otherwise your payment won’t be recognized, and you may not be able to receive the card in time. Cash is acceptable if you don’t have access to e-transfer. Please contact us in advance to arrange cash transactions.
• You or your child (G6 and over) can pick up the shopping cards.

The grocery cards will be available to pick up on the following dates:
