Hi wonderful parents!

The Learning Commons will be doing inventory for the end of the year. This means all books will be organized and scanned into the computer to check for missing books, so the librarians know what to replace next year.

An orientation session will be held on Monday, June 11th at 9am, to go over and show the steps below. Parents can come when they are available any time and day after this orientation from June 11th – 28th.

The first step will be organizing all the books. If there are a lot of us and we each take a section, it will go so much faster. The next step after books are organized are searching for lost books (it will be easier to find when organized) and then taping the shelves so that students don’t touch our hard work. Finally, there will be 3 computers to use for scanning all of the books into the computer for inventory.
