The following information has come to us from the UNA: “We are working together with the Vancouver Whitecaps to put on a Community Day on June 24 outside Wesbrook Community Centre before their game starts at Thunderbird Stadium. Can you please forward the information to the parents? Whitecaps Community Day at Wesbrook Community Centre – June 24, 12-2pm –          12-2pm Fun by the Splash Pad outside Wesbrook Community Centre, a BBQ from Save on (by donation), and some kids activities –          2-2:30pm – March to the game –          3pm on – Game at Thunderbird Stadium. Lead this year by Lisa and Andrew, the students in the NRP Math Challenge Club have completed the season with some amazing results from the Mathematica Contest: In short: For the Pythagoras contest (Grade 6) This year Norma Rose Point made Honor roll with a score of 145, ranked 17th in Canada, ranked 2nd in BC.
