Walk ‘n Roll Week – Oct. 23 to 27
The Walk ‘n Roll to School Celebration Week is coming back from Oct 23 to 27. It is a joint initiative taken by UBC Campus and Community Planning, UNA and the school. During that week, parent volunteers will lead walking bus from different neighbourhoods to Norma Rose Point school. Call for Volunteer – Bookfair
The school librarians are looking for parent volunteers for the Scholastic Bookfair being held on October 25th 2-5pm and 26th 8-9am & 2-5pm (to coincide with the teacher conferences). Duties will include sales with the debit machine for visa, bank card, and cash. Help with set up and clean up and counting money at the end of each shift. Scholastic is a great fund raiser adding more books to the Learning Commons.
