We have compiled a couple resources on the topic of mental health and well being for families to explore together: Family Smart provides parent/caregiver free virtual events on youth mental health. Check them out at: https://familysmart.ca/monthly-events/ Family Smart also offers free 1:1 parent peer support to any parent or caregiver who has a child or youth who is struggling with their mental health or substance use. The University Endowment Lands (UEL) is seeking to better understand how our community walks, cycles and rolls (forms of active transportation) and what improvements you would like to see. The Walk & Bike Survey is to obtain input from the community on active transportation options in the UEL (walking, biking, e-scooters, etc).
