PAC General Meeting Tues. Feb 20 at 630PM

Dear Families, 

This is a friendly reminder that our next PAC General Meeting will be via Zoom on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 6:30 PM. We have some exciting announcements to make during the upcoming meeting and if you would like to learn more about ways to volunteer with the PAC, please attend!

Principal Henry Peters will answer questions from parents at the beginning of the meeting. 
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please send us your questions to rosepointpac@gmail.com and we will do our best to have your questions answered.

Here are some Online Meeting Guidelines we expect all participants to follow:

1. Please rename yourself with your full name and your child’s grade so we know who is attending the meeting, especially for voting purposes.
2. Know where your mute button is and use it. Please make sure you mute your microphone upon entering and when you are not speaking.
3. Please use the chat box for your questions, no personal comments allowed. The PAC Executive Team and School Administrators will only answer questions from the chat box and we will only cover general matters rather than individual concerns. 
4. Please be respectful to each other.
