Help shape a new area of Wesbrook Place – Phase 2 Engagement on Wesbrook Place Neighbourhood Plan Update

When and where: Tuesday February 11th from 9-10AM in the Norma Rose Multi-Purpose Room

Coffee and donuts will be served!

UBC Campus + Community Planning (C+CP) is continuing to engage the community in a process to update the Wesbrook Place Neighbourhood Plan, with a focus on a new area of the neighbourhood, Wesbrook Place South, which will become a hub of housing, amenities, open space and community activity.

The lived experiences and perspectives of community members like you are essential inputs in the process to update the neighbourhood plan. This second phase of engagement explores key elements of the draft updated neighbourhood plan, which builds upon the four preliminary directions explored with the community in the first phase of community engagement in fall 2024. The key elements  of the draft plan respond to public input and further technical analysis and design work.

Join us after drop-off on Tuesday February 11th from 9-10AM in the Norma Rose Multi-Purpose Room to learn more and provide your feedback! Coffee and donuts will be served.

If you are unable to join this session, community feedback is happening via a survey and other engagement events (including open houses and walking tours) from February 4 to February 23. Visit the website to learn more: https://planning.ubc.ca/wesbrook-update.
