FREE NRP Skate Night- Saturday, Feb 1, 2025
Join us for our first NRP Ice Skate Night! Thunderbird has graciously donated FREE skate time exclusively to NRP families. It’s a FREE family friendly event for all skill levels at the UBC Ice Rink (Thunderbird Arena, 6066 Thunderbird Blvd). This is a free event, with a cash concession (snacks, drinks, pizza). You can purchase advance discounted concession tickets until Jan 24 via School CashOnline: https://www.schoolcashonline.com .
The event runs from 5:15-815pm; you can come at any time during this block of time as there are no pre-registration time slots required. Note that there is a maximum allowable number of skaters on the ice at one time; please stagger arrival times and limit skate sessions to 30-45 mins if it is busy. Helmets for kids are mandatory (no bike helmets allowed) and skate and helmet rentals are available for a $4.50 fee at the arena. No hockey equipment is allowed. PAC General Meeting – Wednesday, Feb 5, 6:30 PM, 2025
Stay in the loop and join us for our second PAC General Meeting of the year on Wednesday, Feb 5 from 6:30 – 7:30 PM in the NRP Tech Lab with Principal Peters, Vice-Principal Clark and the PAC executive team.
This will be a unique opportunity to check out the NEW Tech Lab with 14 new student computers and 1 teacher computer that was approved during our November PAC General Meeting.
Refreshments and free childcare provided.

Spring Art Fair – Seeking Artisan Vendors
All those who are interested in selling their craft are invited to send in an application to participate in the Spring Art Fair at the Wesbrook Community Centre on Saturday, March 15.
Applications will be open from Dec 9, 2024 to Feb 7, 2025. Please note space is limited.
If your application is accepted, a $35 vendor fee will be collected. We are not accepting any food/drink vendors at this time.
