The Scholastic Book Fair is a massive production that simply can not run effectively without the help of family volunteers like you. There are many ways to help before, during and after the fair. We’re using SignUp.com to organize volunteer times. Follow this link to our NRP Book Fair volunteer page to choose the shifts and positions that work best for you. Job descriptions can be found at the link.

Volunteers are asked to attend a 30-minute volunteer orientation session at 3:15 on Monday, November 4^th.  There is a lot to know and understand for the fair to run smoothly.  Once the fair is open, there is no time to share the information needed once the fair has begun. 

In appreciation of your time, you will be given an opportunity to shop the fair immediately after the orientation session, from 3:45 – 4:30. That’s a full day before the rest of the school has access.  This time is only open to parents who are volunteering. Babysitters will be available from 3:15 – 4:30, thanks to the generosity of PAC.

If you have signed up to set-up or take-down the fair, you do not need to attend the orientation and are invited to the Monday pre-shop from 4:00 – 4:30.
