Dear Families,
A warm welcome back to all of our NRP students and families, new and returning! We hope you all enjoyed a relaxing summer, and we are excited to announce that the 2024/25 school year Hotlunch Program is now open and ready to take orders. The first week of lunch delivery will take place on the week of Sept 23, 2024. The deadline for the orders is 11 PM on Tuesday, Sept 17. Below are a few reminders for you, as you start the school year.
**IMPORTANT** We still need more Lunch Volunteers, otherwise we may not be able to continue the program after the first week.
As a Lunch Volunteer, you will only need to commit to a minimum of once every 2 weeks and be available from 11:20 AM – 12:50 PM to help sort and deliver lunches to classrooms. You will be paired with another volunteer 😊. Please sign-up with Iris, Lunch Volunteer Coordinator (

REMINDERS:
1. Due to security and privacy reasons, the system resets every year. Please recreate a new account for new and returning families. For families who have credit carried over from last year, you will need the same email address to set up your new account. Find out your child(ren)’s teacher’s name and division # first before registering an account. Incorrect information will result in missing meals.
2. The NRP PAC Hotlunch Program is a fundraising initiative and is entirely run by NRP PAC volunteers. Please email questions/comments to: rosepointpaclunch@gmail.com . You may also visit the Hotlunch Home Page nrppac.hotlunches.net for frequently asked questions. Please do not bring questions to the school administration office.
3. Cut off time for the upcoming week’s food delivery is every Tuesday at 11pm. Set a reminder on your cell phone, please. For example, Sept.17 11pm is the deadline for orders coming between Sept 23-27, 2024. Any adjustments, cancellations and payments need to be completed by the deadline. Once the payment is locked in with vendors, we won’t have access to place orders for you after the deadline.
4. Hotlunch Program DOES NOT provide one time use cutlery. Please bring your own reusable cutlery every time. Thank you.
5. A successful order requires full payment within 6 hours when placing an order. The system automatically deletes the order when no payment is received resulting in your child/children not receiving their lunch. You will receive a confirmation from Bambora once the payment goes through.
6. Parent lunch volunteers are available to assist students on site daily. Please encourage your child to reach out to volunteers with any Hotlunch related questions or concerns. They are stationed by the school office from Monday to Friday 11:20-12:50.
