How to Be Your Own Best Advocate: Fighting Antisemitism in Public and Non-Jewish Independent Schools

When antisemitic acts happen in school, it is easy to feel overwhelmed by how to confront discrimination while protecting your children.

Join public school teacher Ginaya Peters, parent advocate Deborah Stern Silver and CIJA’s Nico Slobinsky for a webinar on how best to address antisemitic incidents should they arise at your child’s school. The webinar will take place Sunday, January 7, at 4pm, and will cover steps you can take, how to best respond, what to say in meetings, and how to report the incident and your efforts to address it.

This event is for parents and guardians who have children attending public kindergarten to Grade 12 public schools and non-Jewish independent schools.
