We received an amazing opportunity for families to partake in on the UBC campus. Please see a message below from the Chan Centre:

As part of our family-friendly concert series, Inspired at the Chan, dancers from the Vancouver Tap Dance Society and taiko drummers from Uzeme Taiko are coming together to perform “Shake the Earth.” It’s an event that promises to be both captivating and memorable.

 

In addition to this fantastic performance, our talented artists will be offering a unique Human Rhythm workshop exclusively for 50 participants following the concert (spots are limited!). Tickets are FREE for children 12 and under, but they must be booked in advance. 

 

Date/Time: Sunday, October 22, 2023

Performance: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Workshop: 4:15 PM – 5:00 PM

Location: Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, University of British Columbia
