The PAC Annual General Meeting of this academic year is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 19th at 6:30 PM via Zoom Meeting (link below). Please come and join the meeting. All NRP parents and guardians are invited. At the AGM, new PAC Executive will be elected and it is still not too late to submit your name to the nomination. We will also approve the 2021/22 PAC budget on the AGM. Please see attached for the agenda.

PAC AGM Agenda: 

Principal Mr. Peters will answer questions from parents in the beginning of the meeting. If you cannot attend the meeting, please send us your questions to rosepointpac@gmail.com. We will do our best to have your questions answered.

Please rename yourself with your full-name and your child’s grade so we could know who is attending to the meeting especially when we are voting.

Here are some Online Meeting Guidelines we expect all participants to follow:

1. Know where your mute button is and use it. Please make sure you mute your microphone upon entering and when you are not speaking.
2. Please use the Chat box for your questions. (No personal comments allowed)
3. Please note, PAC Executive team and school admins will only answer questions from the chat box, and we will only cover general matters rather than individual concerns.
4. Please be respectful to each other.
