Parent-Teacher conference booking appointment, 2pm dismissal / Pro-D day / Rememberance day ceremony on Thursday

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Teacher conferences are on November 6 and 7 beginning at 2:00 pm therefore on these days the dismissal will be at 2 pm. The conferences are considered one of the 5 required home-school communications that must occur this year. Your efforts to attend the conferences are appreciated.

School Conferences – Parent Instructions

1. Go to our school appointments web site for your school. http://nrp.schoolappointments.com
2. Register for an account by clicking the “REGISTER” menu tab and filling in the on-line form.  Choose a user id and password for yourself and then click the “Register Now” button.
3. Add your children into the system by clicking the “Add a Student” button.  Click “Insert New” button to add more children.
4. Click the “date” icon beside each child’s name to schedule appointments.  Select the staff you wish to book appointments with and the “View Calendars” button.  Use the “Ctrl” or “Command” key to select multiple staff to view at the same time.
5. Click on available time slots to book your appointments.

Pro-D day

No School on Friday as Pro-D day.

Remembrance Day Ceremonies

Each year the school holds Remembrance Day Ceremonies. This year on Thursday, the Grade 4-7 Ceremony will be held at 11 a.m., the K-3ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. Parents are welcome to attend. Please note that this ceremony is a silent one so no clapping or talking throughout please.

All children will wear a Poppy. If you do not have one,your child may get one from the office. There are also donation boxes there if you wish to donate a loonie or a toonie.
