There is a notice from the school App about road closure on Monday Nov. 6:

Monday, November 6th, 2017 — Do Not Drive to NRP — Ortona Road will be CLOSED

We have a filming crew at NRP both Sunday and Monday.  This is a great fundraiser for our school.  It happens rarely and when it does, we are delighted to host.

6:00am – 8:00am

Essential Work Trucks arrive and park on the all weather field to the east of Norma Rose Elementary

8:00am – 2:00pm

Filming activities commence at the front entrance of Norma Rose Point Elementary School – 5488 Ortona Rd

Scenes will involve actors driving on Ortona Rd from Acadia Rd and stopping in front of the school to pick up their “children”

We will be performing intermittent traffic stoppages on Ortona Rd between Acadia Rd and the Ortona entrance to Norma Rose Point Elementary

Once filming has been completed, crew will load equipment into the essential work trucks and vacate the area
